In our café we grow, breed and source local, seasonal produce where possible reducing the food miles and supporting local farmers, growers and producers like ourselves.

Coffee and cake? Why not?

We work hard on our farm and we like to show off about it. Most of our produce is grown and used in our cafe. Everything on our menu is homemade, from cakes, tarts and tray-bakes to soups, quiches and daily specials.
We also offer a range of vegetarian and gluten-free items each day, plus jams, pickles & chutneys.
We offer both indoor and outdoor seating with a newly converted barn offering seating for all the family - including our furry friends.

Nice to Meat you

We pride ourselves on our butchery department. If we don't rear it ourselves then we will source the produce locally from carefully selected suppliers ensuring the shortest field to fork journey. The welfare of our animals is incredibly important to us which is why we are very particular about where our meat comes from.

Tomatoes. Are they a fruit or a veg?

We offer wonderful seasonal fruit and vegetables. We grow most of our produce here on the farm and what we don't grow we source locally.
We are one of the biggest producers of pumpkins in Yorkshire, growing over 10 varieties on our farm.. The goats particularly love this time of year as they get all the leftover pumpkins and they're her favourite!

Is it a bap, a cake or a roll?

However you describe your bread I guarantee there's something for you. We sell fresh bread everyday in our farm shop, from a lovely white bloomer - perfect for your bacon sandwich, to a crusty brown roll, just what you need to dip in your soup. But be quick - when its gone it's gone (until the next day of course!)

We have a selection of beautiful wines each one carefully chosen (and sampled!) by us here at The Whole Hogg. If wine's not your tipple we also stock artisan gins including the fabulous local Raisthorpe Gins, local ale's and beers as well as non-alcoholic drinks too.

A gift or two?

We have some lovely gifts available to purchase from candles to baking goods, bath foam to ladies tops. Go on treat yourself - you deserve it.
